Imagine having the chance to encounter who is experienced in aero spatial research and contributes to the development of a high level computer center with the aim of simulating the flow around aerospace crafts and implement a virtual wind tunnel.

The Project
It is a European project financed by the “Seventh Framework Programme – Theme 9 Space”.
The aim of the project is to develop a high level computer center connected to a European GRID infrastructure which uses a hardware commodity and allows to: develop advanced calculation codes of laminar and turbulent flows in complex geometries, for ideal and real fluids with the aim of simulating the flow around aerospace crafts and implement a virtual wind tunnel; execute dynamic fluid codes for laser and solar propulsion; execute codes for dynamic fluid control of flight via plasma (…). SER&P is involved in the project as Partner.
