The service provides for the management of software systems and the management of software / hardware infrastructures. In particular, the process adopted consists of two main phases: Assessment of the infrastructure and its continuous Monitoring.

During the Assessment phase, an in-depth analysis of the context of the target organization is planned to define the necessary program and processes in co-design. This analysis is carried out using data and information within the company and detecting, through interviews, the most critical objectives of the organization and then proceeding with the approval and subsequent execution of the shared monitoring program.

The Monitoring phase consists of a set of specific proactive infrastructure monitoring activities. These activities are performed remotely through dedicated monitoring platforms that allow you to check the status of the infrastructure and the main services provided with it. The elements that are constantly kept under control are the hardware, software, network and application services resources. The service provides for the global management of the infrastructure, intervening in the presence of anomalies and producing analytical reports useful for assessing the quality of the infrastructure and services provided.
